King Petalia XIII claims that he's the former ruler of 17 planets, and 25 moons, give or take an asteroid.
He defeated a lot of alien invaders with his physical state. He's also Mr. Smith's old friend and one of the important figures in Galactic Senate. He's an ego-mental, loudmouthed and talkative person. He comes to Earth when he needs protection from the MBC against Clipperbots. When he returns to the town, his goal is to return his royal state by draining Jeremy's life force so that Jeremy can dance well. King Petalia XIII seems to be very fond of Jeremy ever since he was kidnapped.
